Constitutional Consults

We offer Constitutional Consultations (the kind of consult where the mental, emotional and physical levels are addressed). These consults can take 1 1/2 to 3 hours. For Adults, there is a 5 page questionnaire required to be completed before scheduling an appointment. The cost is $425 and we do offer payment plans. Contact us if you are interested in Constitutional Consultation. For Children, the cost is $325 and there is a 10 page questionnaire that you are required to complete prior to scheduling of appointment. Note: our constitutional plan includes 2 follow-ups at no additional fee as well as all the remedies we recommend. Follow-ups after that are $75/each and are usually 45-60 minutes.

Please include your current symptoms and make note of the most bothersome issue. We follow your acute via text for 24 hours at no additional cost. Note: normal business hours are 10AM-6PM Central time. If you message after 5PM, we will respond to your message before 6PM or after 10AM the following morning depending on the text load we are responding to. 

When messaging try to provide as much info as possible- here's a good guide to go by:

If there’s congestion, please tell us which side is worse. What seems to help or make worse? Does fresh air help? Warmth? What color mucous comes out and from where? Is it watery/like an egg white/creamy yellow/bright yellow/green/bright green/with blood/thick like ropes or stringy/chunky/white, etc? Can you smell?
If there’s a sore throat, please tell us which side is bothersome. What happens when you stick out your tongue? Is it worse for swallowing saliva? Is it worse for swallowing drinks or food? Is it better for either of those? What temperature food or drink makes better or worse? When swallowing, does pain travel to the ear? Do you have a funky taste in your mouth? Can you taste food/drink? **post a picture of your tongue **
Is there fever? How high? Are the cheeks red? If so which one or both? Do you feel cold or hot? Do you want to be under covers, even if warm?
Is there any ear or eye involvement? Glassy eyes/droopy eyes? Dark rings under the eyes? Stuffy ears?
What about coughs? **post an audio of wild coughing and not forced for recording purposes** What sensation makes you need to cough? What happens when you cough? Does it trigger more coughing? Do you bend over/grab your chest? What happens when you breathe in cold air? Warm air?
How’s your stool? If anything out of the norm for you, describe how. Is it runny? Shredded? Mucousy? Watery? What color is it? Does it burn? How often do you go? Do you feel cramping? Are you constipated? Does it have a funky smell? If so, what does it remind you of?
Head pain: where exactly? What does it feel like? What does it make you want to do? Is it throbbing/stabbing/pounding/burning/boring/pressure(from within or without?)? Does it feel like a band around the head? Does it feel like a hat? Does bending over make it worse?
Are symptoms generally worse better in morning or night?

For established clients who have had their constitutional case done previously, we offer a $75 individual or $125 family option. For new clients whose constitutional case will be included with the subscription, we offer a $125 individual or $200 family option. (We have a pay ahead option that saves you 2 months of payments, contact us for how to pay upfront.)
