Constitutional Consults

We offer Constitutional Consultations (the kind of consult where the mental, emotional and physical levels are addressed). These consults can take 1 1/2 to 3 hours. For Adults, there is an extensive questionnaire online that you are required to complete prior to scheduling of appointment. The cost is $375 and we do offer payment plans. Contact us if you are interested in Constitutional Consultation. For Children, the cost is $275 and there is a 10-page questionnaire that you are required to complete prior to scheduling of appointment. Note: our constitutional plan includes 2 follow-ups at no additional fee. Follow-ups after that are $75/each.

Please include your current symptoms and make note of the most bothersome issue. We follow your acute via text for 24 hours at no additional cost. Note: normal business hours are 8AM-5PM Pacific time.

For established clients who have had their constitutional case done previously, we offer a $60 individual or $100 family option. For new clients whose constitutional case will be included with the subscription, we offer a $100 individual or $170 family option.
